Collusion between the CBC and a certain political party?
So Duffy thinks he got the inside scoop that the CBC was spoon feeding the liberals on the ethic committee questions to ask Mulroney....Big yawn.

This has been going on for years and its been a two way street between the libs and the journalists. An un named source in the party feeds the talking head the story and the journalist obligingly reports by using the anonymous tips to fill the fields on the pre-written template in time to make the news cycle. The only surprise is that one of them decided to speak openly about it to the biggest gossip on Parliament Hill.
Of course Lapeirre knows full well that whatever he told Duffy would be dutifully reported before Ol Mikey would stop and consider that he would be outing the entire Ottawa press gallery.
Here's the real news, its the fact that a private news outlet has decided to take a jab at the publicly funded one.
I wonder how and when the retaliation will take place?
Whats the advantage to conservatives? Its this. If the CBC decides to even the score it could provide CTV with enough incentive to report in detail any innuendo about certain journalists being called to testify before a public inquiry into the KHS affair.
