Mr Harper I've got an idea

Now I doubt highly that anyone in the PMO or in cabinet, let alone anyone in caucus will read this, but here goes.

With the agenda that Obama is implementing, now would be a great time to start this economic stimulus plan.

Go out there and proclaim that "Canada is open for business."
Let the world know that when the big capital flight starts, Canada will be a safe haven.
